All I know is that it fit my 2014 QX-60 without issue. So, unless they changed body frame designs on the 2015 versions vs 2014 (doubtful), then I don't see why it would work. Thing is, I know the description said that it was for the Pathfinder, but with my research and actually looking under both vehicles, I found that the 2014 QX-60 had the exact same underbody holes as the 2014 Pathfinder... thus a perfect fit of these running boards on the 2014 QX-60. Can't imagine that it wouldn't work on a 2015. but maybe you could compare pics of the underbody of a 2015 model vs 2014?

I just put this kit on my 2014 QX60 last week. No problem. all the hardware included.

Just finished the installation. For those who is planning to install the Running Boards, here are a few experience that might help.

1. The 10mm bolt plates cannot fit into the front and center on passenger and driver side. Total of 8 X 10mm bolt plates that will have problem. Two options:

a. Make the Manufacture hole bigger. If you do it outside, most shop will likely go this way. i.e. drill the holes bigger or hammer the 10mm bolt plates into the holes.

b. Cut the 10mm bolt plates to allow it to fit into the hole. You will need a power metal cutter to do this.

I opted for option b to avoid drilling hole. See attached picture for the cut 10mm bolt plate. See picture 1.

2. The Passenger Side Front support bar cannot be installed. It was blacked my some pipe. See pictures 2 and 3. I decided to not install this piece and I hope it is ok.

3. The Running Board is about 1.5 inches too long for the QX60. Not a big deal. See picture 4.

I hope this information will be useful for others that are planning to install.

Jasper.

Hi Jasper,

I'm in the process of installing these running boards on my 2015 QX60 and running into the exact same problems as you, specially the one with the pipes in the way. Since you mentioned that you didn't install inner support bracket for the passenger side front mounting bracket, just wanted to check if you have had any issues without it? I'm also doing the same but would feel better if you or someone can confirm it.

thanks....

Sorry, I just noticed this reference.... actually, if you look at my side-view pic, the running board runs flush against the door's rear wheel well edge... so, while it may look like it's sticking out, it doesn't actually stick out once the door is closed. :)

re: Boards is 1.5 inches too long. If you look at the pictures posted by a few others (one from tsk attached below). You may notice that his running board is also stick out about 1-1.5 inches.

Hi, read all the posts and need some up to date confirming help, as I will need for some older folks in the family. I have a 2015 QX in white, with factory mud guards, and driver assistance.

1. Check on who will install before purchasing, as changing light bulbs is where I stop.
2. If dealer or other will install, please confirm present link to Amazon part number where there is no trouble with missing bolts.

Any help from fellow forum members appreciated.

Running Board

Just installed the Steel Craft STX-200 Running Boards $240 shipped to Cali from: Steelcraft STX200 Running Boards - Free shipping at AutoAccessoriesGarage.com

I believe this came from the same factory from the other running boards 'coz it was also short 2 sets of the 8mm bolts

With exception of the two bolts needing to be adjusted, are these the proper Running Boards for the 2015 QX60. My Infiniti dealer here in Venice, Fl. has checked wth Nissan, but not received any confirmation, but would be willing to install if he knew how many hours to charge.

Thanks.

I just installed these running boards onto my QX60... makes it much easier for my 4-yr old to get into the car.
Hey everyone! Just wanted to say a quick hello and to extend my thanks to all of you and especially to tsk_2980 for your first post regarding these running boards.

I wound up ordering the ones you had (from the link) and we just installed them. They look fantastic and it is so much easier for my son to get in and out of the car. Now I don't have to panic every time he jumps in and scuffs the weathertech mats. Lol.

Thanks again for everyone's input as I used it exclusively when I decided to add these running boards.

Take care!

We just bought a leftover '15 and I'd like to install these running boards. Anyone else install these on a '15 with factory mud guards? If so, how's th overall length and did they hangover (rear)?

Thanks.

If you read through the thread, it doesn't interfere with the mud flaps. Once it gets a little warmer, I'm ordering these off Amazon.

Yes, we can confirm that it doesn't interfere as you can adjust it slightly front to back and side to side. We moved ours so that the end lines up nicely with the door.

Good luck!

HI! We are thinking about getting a QX60 2015 or 2016 with the driver assist package. I am really short ~5' and have 2 small children. I want to add running boards but we are concerned if we add the running boards will it impact any of the sensors? Any experience with this? Thank you in advance. C

Our car is fully loaded with this package as well and our sensors are not affected at all with these additional running boards. :)

The running board fit to the 2016 model perfectly. Have to ground down the bolt plate a bit (see picture). Other than that, didn't run into any trouble or complication from any support bar.

Watch the installation on YouTube and read the instruction as I installed. Total installation time is ~3 hr.

Installing now on my 2015, and I am running into the same problem with those bars. I do not have the driver assistance pkg. Not sure how some people don't have issues with the black tubular bars and most others do? Is it because some of you don't have AWD??
