I have a 2013 JX35 and this past March found this web-site and ordered the running boards from Amazon. They have just arrived a month later into Ukraine where I reside. It took two guys, three hours and $20 to install.
My question to everybody here is: as you look at the pictures I posted how come my running boards are shorter than y'all's?!?!
(My guys said and I looked for myself- this is the only way to install them if using the holes already there, not drilling or bending any metal). Thank you all anyway as either way I like the looks and functionality of my purchase. Like my Infiniti too))

I had the same issue as you. The running boards were too short. I took a look at the the Amazon listing and noticed the picture didn't match the actual running board. The flap on the back of the running board was missing. I've compared a picture of your running board and the one from the Amazon listing to show you the difference, which I circled in red. It seems like the running boards that are missing the flap are shorter and probably from a different manufacturer.
