I also have the JX and my fob uses 2025. The 2025 is still 3v, but a bit thinner.

I tried swapping with 2032 over the weekend, didn’t work and ran into the same problems you’re experiencing. Give it a shot, worth checking out.

2014 QX60 Hybrid ..... As I read somewhere, low car battery will cause all kinds of crazy shizz. I put this here for the other folks that can't make any sense of seemingly keyfob issues.
