... wheels may come off which scared the **** out of me.

...can i get this done somewhere else cheaper other than Infiniti dealer?
Complete BS, your wheels WILL NOT FALL OFF. As the bushings around the control arms wear out you'll see more slop/play in the suspension.

Feel free to take a pic of your control arms bushing, we can help weigh in. The dealer said mine need to be replaced (160k), but it's not critical.

See below for a pic of the control arm location.

Also, check this thread, it talks about another user with the same question

My dealer quoted $1.7k to replace since mine are worn. As Kbdixon referenced, you can get non-OEM MUCH cheaper and installed by most local shops (non dealers).

I’ll lend my results here as well, I have owned my ‘17 since March 2018. I have 212,576 miles on it today, I have never replaced or repaired any suspension parts at all thru today. Copy of my last suggested service items no mention of suspension at all. Just mileage appropriate items.

KBDixon, do you typically have the shop do these repairs or are you a DIY person? Just curious since some of these are reasonable (brake fluid flush) while others seem very expensive (e.g. performance plus fuel system additive).

If you're getting this stuff done (or doing it yourself),add transfer case fluid to your list. Best to keep it fresh.

here are the pictures that i managed to get, i hope its clear. can you guys check and see if you find anything wrong.
Hey JaysInfiniti, check out this thread. It shows pictures of bushings and will help guide you exactly where to look. I'm unable to see the pushings in the pictures you've provided.

If your bushings look like mine then it's a "good to have" vs "need, wheels will fall off".
