That filter is the control valve filter in the pic, kind of a pain to get the fasteners out but can be done, also buy the cvt oil from Nissan or Infiniti especially if it’s under warranty still, all the fsi’s I’ve read say use there trans fluid, it’s a greenish color if I remember right

Also it points towards the engine
