Just wondering if anyone is experiencing this issue with their QX60. I bought a 2017 QX60 and noticed white smoke coming out of the exhaust at start up and sometimes during driving and idling. Happens once in a while. I took it to the dealer and they stated it is common for these cars to do this and said it is condensation. They checked the car just to be sure and they cannot find anything wrong with it. There is no burning oil smell or anything.

White smoke can be a sign of coolant getting in the combustion chamber from a warped or cracked head, or bad head gasket. Keep an eye on your coolant level. If you are not using coolant it may be as the dealer stated.

Yes, this happens to my 2014 Qx60, sometimes its a little smoke & sometimes its a lot of smoke. It's really embarrassing. I know this is not normal, they told me the same thing. Not happy.

Same thing is happening to me in a 2018, I have brought the car 2x to one dealer and they said it is normal. I just went to another and they replaced the fuel rail, said that I had bad injectors that were leaking fuel, stil happening. Very embarrassing to the point where I don't want to drive the car. Doesn't happen everytime but it happens when I get on and off the highway.
