Small bulbs around headlight

I just drive QX60 2015 for a month. I saw a lot of small bulbs in headlight but could not turn it on and have no idea of their function. I also read the manual cafully but found nothing about it.

They are not bulbs, they are there for aesthetics.

Oh. Just for aesthetic. So complicated. I've thouth they were LEDs.

Nope, just pieces of plastic that do nothing. They should have put LED DRLs somewhere in there on a vehicle of this class, but they didn't. Lame.
