I just installed these running boards onto my QX60... makes it much easier for my 4-yr old to get into the car.

No luck with the seller on Sears.com so far. Paid and to tracking number a few days after order. Tracking number became invalid and was supposed to be delivered by 9/19. Nothing at the door yet but order status showed it's delivered. Huh?

Call Sears and they told me to deal with the seller. Told them I did but no response. Filed a dispute with CC so now looking for another place to order the running board.

After a few calls with Sears and CC company, seller decided to give me a call. Gave me a bogus excuse of miscommunication with the shipper but I did some research and found out that this company uses various names on Sears and Amazon to sell.

Once again..at this point, I may elect to not the board on the QX

Installed mine yesterday. Took about 4-5 hours.

Good amount of time is reading the instructions and counting parts. YOU WILL BE MISSING 2 SETS of the 8mm bolts and nuts. You think it is complete, because the instruction manual matches, but you really need 2 more. Simple run to Home Depot to find closely matching hex bolts will do.

Tedious at first, but once you get the hang of it, it will be easy. Driver side was done in less than an hour without even looking at manual.

Great find by original poster!

After reading the whole thread and looking at the attached pictures, it boosted my confidence :D. I went ahead and ordered one from Amazon. I also sent an email to the seller to include the missing parts (2 sets of 8mm bolts, nuts and washers). I will wait and see when the order arrives! Thanks everyone.

hey guys, the QX was too high for my kids to get in without wiping their outfits onto the inside door jam, so i installed Romik running boards. i liked how the kit was 100% bolt-on. i think i got them for a lil over $400 via autoaccessoriesgarage.com and they worked out perfectly. they were easy to install and they look great. kids climb in and out on their own and they dont stick out too much. i am far from the handy type, but i was able to install them in about 2hrs on my own. the install for the qx is exactly the same as the video tutorial on their website for the pathfinder. ill try and post pics tomorrow.

i just got mine installed and they are awesome. kids can climb in and out easily now. my set were also short the two 8mm bolts. And its not that they were missing, they are not even listed on the parts list. the parts list inventory has 6 of them and 6 are included. But to complete the install, you need 8 of them. Quick trip to homedepot and I was set.

Thanks to the op of the post. Finally pulled the trigger and purchased. Been looking for awhile but the on car pics helped me decide on these.
Took about 4 hrs to install by myself.
1. Yeah will be missing 2 sets of 8mm bolts like everyone else pointed out. Contacted the Amazon seller and they refunded me some cash as getting it from the manufacturer would take at least 8-14 business days.
2. Be careful on tightness of the small bolts that connect the run I Gerard to the brackets. Torqued one too tight and broke the screw bolt. Had to make another trip to get a replacement.
3. The "L" brackets that slip into the holes on the car itself, one was just a bit too large to fit into the hole and spent about 1.5 hrs trying to get it to fit.
4. Last tip, organize all the screws bolts washers lock washers ahead of time. Saved me some time by doing that a day before I actaully did it.

Post some pics Tux.

I used 2 set of bolt, washer and ring washer from Lowes and use it on each sides of the front. Most of the brackets are identified with stamps in case anyone is trying to match up with pictures.

I did install from passenger front to back as instructed and then went around to driver back to front. Having worked on cars for past 25+ years as a DIYer, I would say installation is a 5 out of 10 with 10 being hard. Tedious..

I am from Ukraine and looked all over these running boards. Was quite puzzled Inifiniti does not offer original ones. So, I thought I'd just sit tight and keep my eyes and ears open. Seems like what you have is the answer so I will just check out if I can have these shipped all the way from USA to my country. Will let y'all know how it goes!
Thanks a bunch to everyone for all the useful info, pix and the web-links.
