I’m at 80,000 miles, it’s been two years , and 2 years and 8 months already . They won’t reprogram it for me at all! Mad weird bro
Bummer, your warranty expired 20,000 miles ago. The service summary you linked states they removed and replaced the TCU (telematics control unit); and that fixed the problem. So my guess is you need a new TCU.

Dang! I have a 2016 that just started doing this. That part is expensive! I wish there was something aftermarket I could install instead so I could get carplay as long as I'm spending the money. I'll try the fuse and battery reset first...

Same, I have a 2016 and this just happened today. Grrr.

This isssue just started for me today after try to install a aftermarket head unit. All the climate controls and steering wheel controls are all dead aswell as my screen. Tomorrow I will have my tech disconnect negative from the battery and re install the aftermarket screen and see what happens 🤞🏾🤞🏾🤞🏾

I found an part online at 1/2 the price when I searched the part number.

Just ran into this issue after having my car detailed. The entire thing! Nothing works except Hazard and eject buttons, no backup camera. I tried disconnecting the battery for 20 min, then 2 hours, and neither one fixed the issue. Where is the TCU located at in the vehicle? I tried searching for it online, and in the car, but nothing! I did find 3 fuses which go to the TCU, but can't really find it. Looks like Ebay has some used ones up for ~$50.

I've contacted the Detail shop I took the car to, everything was working prior to getting it detailed. I did notify the detailer, but it's the weekend, so likely won't hear anything til Monday. Great thread here gave me a few options.

Any other suggestions appreciated!
