I have a '18 AWD, with 265/60/18 and +35mm offset. Thread width is 8.5".
It rubs a bit only on widest turn. I can only hear it when reversing wide because of how the rubber rubs against the plastic. This diameter is 30.52", your 285/45/20 is about 1/4" closer to the center but wider out, it's a close call.

I would do the same but not sure if it will fit , can any body help us on this ?
