Wanting to upgrade from my stock alloy 18”s to 22”. Having a hard time finding the best specs to go with for tires as well as the specs best for the wheels, thank you so much

Hello, I have a 2014 with 182K miles. I am running a square set up with Verde V39 +40 offset wheels 22x9.5 with TOYO Proxies STIII 265-40-22. I have been running these on different tires since 2016. I only get a slight rub when they are turned full lock. At that extreme it's only at slow speed, never had any other issues. I have attached a picture

mine is also 18", is there any advantage in getting 20/22" wheels?
