Nav system: can't scroll more than 30 addresses

I have a 2014 QX60 hybrid.

I'm in sales so I have over 50 addresses stored in the navigation system. The user manual says it can store up to 300.

Lately I've had this problem. If I want to select a stored address as a destination by scrolling through the list, the system gets stuck at 30. You turn the wheel and nothing changes, it won't go to the next page. You can scroll back to lower entries.

Sometimes if I wait long enough.... or back out of navigation and try again... eventually I can scroll past #30 to see the other stored address entries.

It's becoming a significant annoyance. Yesterday I arrived at my destination before I could actually see it and set it on the nav system. I knew basically how to get there but was relying on the nav listing to give me the exact address.

Has anyone else experienced this?

Thanks in advance,

Dave

Does this happen only while you are driving? I ask because I work in software, currently developing the user interface for another car manufacturer's system. In this product, while in North America, that particular feature is limited to only 5 screens of data while the car is moving. I think this may be a federal guideline, but I'm not sure. Just a thought.

I will test that. Thanks!
