Loose leather ?

Hi. I have 2017 qx60 white on java. It has 2000 km now. The seats look very unusual it's starting to show wrinkly and some loose patches starting to display. The driver seat is worse. Please let me know if yours looks similar. Infiniti dealer took the seat apart and did not find anything wrong with the seat. They deemed the leather to Ben defective. They submitted a claim for seat replacement of 2 rows. But of course Infinit warranty dept said the seats look fine !
Here's how it look a like now at 2000 km. Not sure what to do next.
