Has anyone swapped out trim pieces? My wife would like to have the maple accents.

I have not heard of anyone doing this because it will be very expensive. From the factory, it is only a $400 option, but if you decided to do it after the fact, my guess is it will be well over $1000.

Your best bet is to go aftermarket with a woodgrain dash kit made for the QX 60. There's lots of places that sell them on the Internet so recommend you do some searching.
