What luxury crossovers does the 2014 Infiniti QX60 compete with?

From what we know QX60 competition would have to be other luxury crossovers or even SUV's priced around the $40 000 - $45 000 price range, seat about 7 passengers, gets about the same gas mileage, and comes with similar features & more

The Lexus RX is priced around the same price range of the QX60 and I have to admit the RX is nice, much nicer than what it started out as. And there's even an RXh (hybrid) priced at $46k.

one major difference is the QX60 is a 7 seater, Lexus RX, 5 seater.
if you need the extra space QX60 is worth it, if not the RX.
