Anyone else experiencing an issue when trying to open the app/login and getting the error:

"Login failed There has been a communication failure. Please try again later."

The app hasn't been working for at least a week now... I've tried deleting and relogging in to no avail.

How long have you had your car? The free trial ends after (I think) six months these days (could be a year, but I think it is 6 months).

The InfinitiUSA website states it's a 6 month trial. It may be that because the iphone app hasn't been updated since December 2016.

So I fixed it, I was entering the correct password (could log into the website without issue) so I instead tried resetting the password anyways.

After resetting the password I was then finally able to log into the app. Very weird...
