I can't get connection to allow audio to play from my android phone on my Qx60.
Also, do I need bluetooth on to pair my homelink to my garage door opener. the garage door opener is very, very old. I set up a 2006 escalade to my door opener, but i can't get the qx60 to work my door opener.

My garage door opener is 15+ year old technology. I managed to get it to work with my QX60 2015 homelink. No, they is no need to turn on Bluetooth for garage door opener to work with homelink.

Make sure you pair your android to your car, and also pair your audio player. THere are two different connections. Here is a video:

Both questions have been answered here by @yeller perfectly, so let us know if you have any more. Biggest thing is to make sure both phone and audio is set up to bluetooth, and for homelink, just hold your opener and whichever homelink you want set up. It will blink slow and then fast. Once it is done blinking it is set up.

I've used the Homelink for years. If you have a newer garage door opener, you'll probably have a Learn button on the garage door motor unit. It may take a couple attempts but once its programmed it will work great.

No my garage door opener is very old. Overhead door product from probably 30 years ago. However, it paired up easily with my 2006 Escalade.
