It's not wood, it's plastic, and most of that stuff snaps together. Pull the skirts of the lower part of the console to get going.
From my understanding and research. It is real wood. Its just lacquered enough to have a "plastic" feel. But to protect the grain. But back to topic. Idk if anyone has taken it apart but if no luck, I would contact the dealer service department and I bet they have a diagram on how to take it apart.
