This car is driving me nuts with all the glitches but this is one I'd love to sort out. No matter what I try, I cannot get the seats to pair with the key fobs. It didn't work the first few months and I never had time to take it in to get checked out. Last week the car decided that it would delete all User Profiles so I was forced to make new ones, all of a sudden the seat memories worked perfectly! for a couple of days..... Now we're back to being dumb. Even if I set it manually when I get in, it will switch to the last setting even though I just pushed the setting I want! HELP!!!

Yep, I had a similar experience with my 2022. The User Profiles were deleted and I had to set up new ones. As far as I know, this is the only way you can connect each key fob to the settings, including the seats.
