Picked my wife's car up Saturday at Infiniti of Denver - a very pleasant and easy experience. Mr. Tony Drees knows his product and was very helpful.

Obsidian Black/wheat interior with maple accents. Premium/Premium Plus; Drivers Assist; roof rails/cross bar; splash guards; illuminated kick plates; bumper protector; tow hitch.

Car drives just fine and has a very nice interior feel. It is a boat! But I am getting used to it. Off tomorrow to the mountains to try it out on our steep passes and snow - will report back.

But very pleased thus far.

Amongst all the cars I considered before getting the QX60, the RC was one of them. Unfortunately, the smaller size kept me looking. The closest SUV I considered was the Acura MDX and the Audi Q7. The Audi was a bit too much more costwise and the Acura was geared more for driving in a way that doesn't matter to me in an SUV and a little smaller legroom wise, which is what I looked at most importantly.

In the end, I am loving my QX60, even with a few small quirks. Heck, about every vehicle one can buy ultimately has small unique quirks.

Congratulations on picking up your new QX. Make sure you use the Personal Assistant on your trip. As long as you have a GSM network in the area, its going to work fine. On our cross country trip, I only wasn't able to access it once in the boon-docks.

Ouch, I didn't know it was cellular. The only similar thing I had was Onstar and while I had always thought of it as a waste, I really grew to like it. I'll have to actually try using the PA on a trip in PA sometime and see how it works out there.

i never used onstar but I heard it to be one of the best systems out there, wasn't it one of the first of it's kind to release?

Yeah, I think it has been out for a long time now, much longer than the Toyota and Nissan systems.

I tried mine the other day on the garden State Pkwy in NJ going down to Atlantic City and first time it dropped the call. Then when I tried again 5 minutes later, the sound quality/connection to the person with whom I was speaking was horrible. Also, while trying to connect with my personal assistant, probably while dialing or something, it took forever. I'll try again but this early on, I'm not super impressed with it and I know it's because I honestly never had these problems with OnStar. OnStar took a bit to connect but no where near the length I waited for my PA the other day.

Who knows, maybe it'll improve as the technology improves or they make changes. I'm okay with it all though for now since it's free, but once I have to pay I'll have to seriously think about it.

If that was intended for me and not a general reply, I know, Thank you though. If it was a general reply, good for others to know they can do that from within the app if they didn't already know, lol. :)
