Fuel refill issues - evacuation container has fuel

Hello,

I have a 2014 QX60 hybrid. In the 2nd month of my purchase, my car started giving problems with refueling. The gas pump click stopped after every 1-2 gallons. I took the car to the dealer and at first they said, I should try a different gas station. I did, but it was the same issue.

They eventually replaced the evac container kit or something and it was resolved.

Now since the last week, it has started acting up again, and the dealer is again telling me the same story: Fill the gas slowly, try a different pump bla bla!

Is anyone here facing anything like this?

How can I take this up with Infiniti?

Thanks for your help...

I have a 2014 QX60 AWD Hybrid, bought it back in Feb 2014. I haven't had any problems with it at all. Your refueling issue sounds unique -- I haven't read any posts from any owners with a similar problem to yours. Sorry.
Same here, I've got a Hybrid QX60 purchased in February of 2014 and have had no issues like you are describing Aki Boy.
I have a 2014 qx60...non hybrid...just bought it..and filling up my car is a pain--the gas keeps shutting off over and over
So after the dealer did some checks, and gave me a green on the fuel issue, it is acting up again. I am surprised that no one else is facing this issue and I am happy for you guys. Does it mean my car has some specific issue? OR is it me?.. I am confused!!!

Is there any way I can take this issue with Infiniti?
You need to bring it back to the dealership and have them check it out and fix it. This just doesn't seem right.
Maybe see if someone from the dealer will ride along next time you fill up so they can observe. I doubt they did anything but opened the fuel door and looked in..

Good thing to suggest and possible of happening, hopefully someone from the dealer will do this. I've always found it to be of great value to develop a good relationship with a service adviser as that can go a long way.
