FCW Malfunction, IBA Off

Starting the car, I get the FCW malfunction screen. I push the button on the dash to turn FCW and the warning goes away. The IBA light stays on. Even if I turn the IBA off via the menu, I still have the IBA off light. I have checked the brake fluid level and it is near full. What could be causing this issue?

Is there any snow, dirt, sticker that is covering the front sensors?

It happens usually when driving in slush/wet snow conditions when snow sticks and covers up the radar sensor on the bumper.
