Right now, the default at start is for the Dynamic Driver Assistant switch to be OFF requiring you to always turn it ON after you start the car.

I was wondering if anyone knew whether the car can be re-coded by the Dealer so that the default is ON when you start the car.

Its something we've discussed on the JX forum when the car came out. The answer is no. It sure doesn't make sense. I'm so used to pushing the button on the steering wheel that its second nature. If its managed by software, you'd think Infiniti could program it to default to on.

Thanks Bob. It's disappointing, but just a minor inconvenience.

Actually, I prefer that it stays off so you choose the level of intrusion from the vehicle, or not.
But yes, I agree that there should have been a way to recode this... 2015??
