For being a new model in 2013, Infiniti definitely should have put LED DRL's somewhere on the vehicle.
If you don't have a hybrid, the install is rather straightforward. Depending on where you want to mount them, that's where it gets 'tougher'. I put mine in the slots below the fog lamps, where most others have on here as well who put up pics. There isn't much bumper to bite onto to mount the brackets so making something to screw them into in there and getting that installed takes a little time. If you wanted to just mount them in the air **** opening say left and right of the front plate, now that'd be quicker.
Only reason I said install would be easier on a non hybrid is on the hybrid the ground wire has to be hooked up in the fuse box in the vehicle to a fuse that gets power when the ignition is on. On a regular v6 model, you just ground the wire somewhere in the engine compartment.
