Changing CVT fluid at +15k overdue is a mild oversight compared to never changing your CVT fluid.

It's not likely that the issue is related to the oil change as you've been driving without issue for 2 months now. You should get this diagnosed though ... it might be something simple in the electrical contacts of your shifter. Get a quote for any repairs needed and, if too high $$$, get a second opinion. It sounds like the vehicle is still driveable, so don't feel pressured to fix it right away.
