In my opinion, at 30K intervals QX60 CVT fluid needs to be drained and refilled, external transmission filter replaced and transfer case fluid changed. It's not that difficult and doesn't require special expensive tools. This is how I did it

Yes, you should get the CVT fluid drained and refilled with the external transmission filter replacement, and change the transfer case gear oil as well. It's not that difficult, you can follow my video. In my opinion, do not flush the transmission, just do the drain and refill. Since the CVT fluid hasn't been changed for a long time, you can do it a couple of times, to get as much CVT fluid changed as possible.
