Consumer Reports - QX60 Quality at the Bottom

Has anyone seen December's Consumer Reports? *It shows QX60 quality as horrible, however it really doesn't say why. *I remember earlier in the year CR's biggest complaint was the CVT, but that can't possibly account for the awful ratings.*

Sorry, but I must agree. Our new 2014 built July 2014 has some issues and some of the "features" do not work as advertised!

What are some of the features that don't work as advertised?

UPDATE: Disregard, I saw your comment on anther thread about the blind spot not working below 20 MPH.
Consumer Reports 12/14 Reliability:

Yeller,
I hope that the attachment I am sending works.
It is a copy of the JX/QX60 reliability report.
I have 44,000 miles on my JX and no problems, outside of the corroded battery terminal.

not bad at all, much better than what some have been experiencing with their QX/JX/PF
Trim and paint makes the entire vehicle poor quality? Wow... That's too bad.

I bought this vehicle because I wanted to avoid Audi/Mercedes reliability issues. I guess I should have waited a few years.
Trasnmission Minor...BETTER than average? Transmission Major...BETTER than average. Yeah consumer reports is full of it. They also rated the Honda Accord Much worse than average
Mine is a 2014, purchased in April 2014 with about 6.3K miles on it now. At this moment, I haven't experienced any issues at all (am nervous though based on other folks' accounts). I've driven it ECO-gently, Sport aggressive, and anywhere in between. Have driven in various settings (e.g., high-low altitude roads, city, hwy, grass/dirt/rocky fields, rainy/sunny/snowy weather) and use all the features quite frequently (the BCI is awesome, especially in metro parking garages and at Costco!)

I haven't (yet) noticed anything bad about quality, from paint, audio, drive, to materials. And I'm familiar with reliability considering my last car was a 1997 Toyota 4Runner Limited that I was the original owner of, with approx. 296,400 miles on it when sold in March '14 to get the QX60 (vs '14 MDX and '13 GL450). (first issue with the 4Runner occurred at 255K miles, it was of 2 only major issues I ever had with it)
Unfortunately, I had to replace the right rear bearing last weekend ($1k) and it was out of warranty. First the right rear shock (around 58K), then the bearing (69K). I hope it's not something that will continue because I was hoping to keep the vehicle for a while.

I was expecting exceptional quality..... My M35 doesn't have a single problem and it's over 100K.
