Go to settings, bluetooth, connected devices, and then you can choose between audio devices.
I don't completely agree with Bob about loading up the options. If I were buying this car, my config would be Premium, Premium Plus and Driver's Assistance packages. I don't care for the larger wheels and pan roof for the rear. Although I'd love the cooled seats, I wouldn't pay the Deluxe Touring package price just for that feature.
Thank you confirming. This definitely helps on which options I need to get.I advise customers against getting the car without Premium and Premium plus, but you can stream BT on either.
Edit: I was wrong. You must have Premium Plus to stream music. Sorry.
That's sounds odd, since the operating system on a 6 or 5 should be the same. Have her try and reboot her phone -- yes it's an Apple but sometimes you still have to reboot them. Every once and a while, my iPhone 5s will have issues connecting through the USB, and a reboot will fix it. Also, sometimes my phone will connect through Bluetooth, vice USB, and I can't play it through the USB setting on the radio, I have to select Bluetooth input and then play, and it works fine.I sell Infiniti, too. I have a customer who recently upgraded from an iPhone 5 to a 6. Now her 2013 JX35 won't let her connect her iPhone 6 as an iPod. It used to when she had a 5. Her husband's iPhone 5 connects.
I suggested she had a damaged or 3rd party cable and she try a new cable. That didn't work. She doesn't have Nav or Premium Plus. She wants to play Pandora on her iPhone 6 and connect to the vehicle with a USB cable. She's not trying to use Bluetooth or Stream audio.
Thanks for your help,
