Hello. My car no longer has a BCI system. The BCI light has come on and the system is no longer working. When cruise control is turned on, it also stops working. How to solve this problem? Thank you!
I have almost the same issue. My BCI Light came on and the cruise did not work. Lately the BCI light is off and the cruise works but the front sensors do not work so the adaptive Cruise control is worthless and the emergency braking does not work either. Have not taken to dealer yet but what I have read on other threads they have no clue.
How old is the car? You need to take it to the dealer. Best case, it is a sensor calibration issue, and they just need to be recalibrated. Worst case, a sensor failed and needs to be replaced. You could have blown a fuse...which would beg the question, why did I you blow a fuse? (an electrical issue)
Where is the fuse [under steering wheel area or under the hood] and which fuse [the designated number location] controls the BCI for a 2014 model? Thanks
Don’t bring it to Infiniti, they don’t know what is causing this problems. They will tell you that they have to change many parts and charge you a lot of money for no reason.
