The backup camera on our 2018 QX60 is aimed too steeply downwards, making it impossible to see cars that are more than a few feet away. The cameras on our other vehicles are aimed higher, making it easy to see cars crossing behind. But on the QX60, we see mostly pavement right behind the car. Do any of you have that problem? Can the camera angle be adjusted upwards?

I've never heard of this complaint. I'd ask your dealer to check it out and calibrate it if necessary.

Is calibrating cameras a thing? My backup camera is suddenly (in recent months) not representative of real life. I park crooked and it takes me a lot of tries now. (embarrassing) what sort of expense is this?
