anyone know if the lug pattern is the same and if generally the same offsets apply w/ both of these cars? there seems to be a better selection of FX35/50 wheels in comparison to the QX so it would be nice if we can tap into that selection.

I'd be surprised if they didn't fit. I have stock 18" FX wheels on my Q50 in the winter. I'm not at work or I'd look up the bolt pattern. Nearly every Infiniti uses the same pattern.

the bolt patttern is likely the same but im curious as to how the wheel sits in the wheel well. there are tons of 20" FX options since the car has been out for awhile vs sourcing a 20" QX wheel.

I just searched around a little. I know both cars have the same bolt pattern, and I think they have the same standard offset of 50mm. So you should be good to go.

Mcrolo, what offset and sized tires did you go with?
im looking for some mesh concave wheels right now and leaning towards a 20x9 to 20x10 setup anywhere from 35-45mm offset and 265-275 tires. just need to work out a few combinations.
probably not gonna go with FX35/37 stock wheels as theyre not that much cheaper than getting an aftermarket set.

to stay OEM and go with a slightly larger set of wheels over the stock 20", i ended up picking up a set of 2009 FX50 21x9.5" wheels over the the weekend.
these wheels have a slightly higher than desired offset @ 50mm. with stock 265 wide tires, i should have clearance but ill be doing a mock up this weekend to verify. worst case scenario ill add a small 1/8 spacer if needed.
my plan is to get these powder coated a darker graphite/gunmetal color...should complement well the graphite exterior of my QX.
