Good afternoon. I have had the vehicle for 10 days, and today, when I turned it on, the screen suffered a massive loss of resolution. The only thing I did different than the last 9 days is start the car remotely with the app, which I activated 30m before.

Unfortunately, you can't do anything other than turn the vehicle off and restart. Then call the dealership.

As others have noted, take a video with your camera so the service department review. If they can't recreate the issue, they'll just return the vehicle to you.
