2022 QX60 Shifts Itself into neutral.

I have a new 2022 QX60. Driving along, the car shifted from drive to neutral without the shift lever being touched. Very disturbing. So far this has happened only the one time. Dealership says "bring it in if it happens again." Has anyone heard of such behavior? Any idea what could be the problem?

Problem Solved! Took the car to the dealer after encountering two more glitches. 1. After backing out of driveway, car would not shift into drive unless turned off and restarted. 2. Clock reset over night and changed time zone to Pacific from Eastern.Service tech had not seen such behavior and contacted Infiniti corporate. Thoroughly checked codes and focused on battery terminal. With everything computer controlled, a battery glitch can result in a reset with the kind of results we saw. Found loose post on battery and terminal connection. Replaced battery and negative "terminal current sensor". Glad it appears not to be the transmission. No further problems. Hoping it holds.

Has anyone else had issues with the QX60 shifting into neutral. My car is a month old and it did this last weekend. I have the car at the dealership and I’ve had this issue as well as sound issues. They are replacing the amplifier but I’m very concerned about it shifting to neutral. Thanks!

What did the dealership say about the shifting to nutral? Did they check the battery terminal?

I had this issue last week, and another time a few months ago. Both times the car shifted to neutral while I was accelerating on the highway. Nothing touched the shifter either time. I took it to the dealership and was told they couldn't replicate the issue and hadn't seen it before...
