Does anyone have a solution to convert wired 2022/2023 QX60 Android Auto to wireless? For some reason Infiniti thought it would be funny to support wireless to CarPlay only, leaving us Android users searching for cords.

I have different car (2018 MKX) and solved this issue by installing Carlinkit 4.0 Car Player for Wired to Wireless CarPlay Box Android Auto Dongle purchased on Ebay for less than $60. Works like a champ, it plugs into the USB on the car and has easy set up, then with phone in pocket, connects every time I get in the car. I use with android, but it also appears to work with iphone carplay. If I don't want android auto this trip, I just unplug the usb.

Great information Peterj2706, thanks. BTW, do you need to unpair Bluetooth with your car for this to work? Or do you leave your phone paired with both your car and CarLinkKit.

I'm the only android user in the family and this bothers me so much! That being said, I bet the wireless charger isn't strong enough to keep the battery from discharging anyway.
