Everything was swappable no problem you just need to rewrite headlamps harness to work with newer headlights.... now maybe that was just mines because my 2015 lights had AFS on it and 2018 lights didn’t but got it rewired and everything worked perfect! Now I do have to swap out shifter but my issue is that that isn’t plug and play! As the 2018 one has a different connection then a 2015 does. I ordered the 20in wheels refurbished off eBay for about $750 so can’t beat that! Basically a 2018-19 model now

Don't mislead folks here. It's more than just swapping lamps and rewiring. You need the 2016 - up front and rear bumpers and the tailgate.

Because you are stating only a simple rewiring is needed. It's a bit more than that. If you'd like to post up a in depth DIY step by step, please feel free. But at least list what you needed, i.e. front bumper, front grill, rear bumper, rear gate, etc. How did you find a donor, wrecked car? There's more to making a 13-15 to a 16 up, elaborate please.

i dont think you can swap as a direct fit...

Are the fog lamps the same or do they need to be replaced also? My wife wrecked her 2015 and if I’m going to have to fix it, I may as well update it. Please post the step by step DIY process please.

Hey guys, glad to see everyone here. I have noticed that it has been while that anyone posted here. BUt really willing to swap the face and rear lift. They guys who were stating that are gonna do it, did yo do it? Can you explain all the steps, and budget?

here is the parts you will need just for the front .. I'm going to work on mine shortly the headlights does fit without getting new fender. I also check the headlight wiring looks to be mostly plug and play. I will post before and after pictures

2015 QX60 Fully Converted to 2018


Hi I'm working a 2015 QX60 and I'm switching it over to a new look 2016+
Can you please tell me how you switch the wiring? Or possibly send pictures how you rewired it.
