Leased a 2016 QX60. Problem from day one.

Car emits high pitched whistling noise when air is on recirculation. Video on YouTube:

Inifiniti Greenwich says its normal.
Inifiniti Manhaset drove it and says its normal.

3 Infinitis leased in the past 10 years. Been driving 30 years, and never had this problem in any other car, so I don't think its normal.

Terrible service so I'm done and won;t be recommending Infinitis anymore.

Just brought one, Its not normal, take it back and have them fix it or bring it somewhere else. If all else fails contact Infiniti consumer affairs.

I agree, that is not normal. It's under warranty, dealer should fix it and be reimbursed by Infiniti. Since the dealer is not helping, contact Infiniti directly. I'm confident they would take care of the problem.

Nothing from Infiniti

Emailed Infiniti and was left a voice mail from Tandra. Called back the next 3 days and left 3 messages without any call back.

This is the worst car experience I've had, and recommend people to avoid this car!

Try calling Jordan Banks with Infiniti. She had called me regarding my owner survey and was very helpful. Perhaps she can point you in the right direction or have someone call you that can.
