2015 qx60 rear hatch

I have a 2015 qx60 that the rear hatch stopped working on, no button on either fob or the interior or on the hatch itself won't open or close it. The lock on the inside IS turned on so that's not the issue and I've checked the 40amp fusible link under the hood and it's good. Has anyone had this same issue and if so how was it fixed.
