20 inch wheels seem sort of excessive for a hybrid cross over due to all the weight that comes with the size of a 20 inch wheel and 20 inch tire. in theory it will be better to go with the standard 18 inch wheel if you want to maximize efficiency.

Vehicle Overview
Along with its name change from JX35 to QX60 for the 2014 model year, Infiniti's three-row crossover adds a new hybrid variant. The seven-seat QX60 Hybrid features a supercharged four-cylinder engine, an electric motor and a lithium-ion battery pack, and Infiniti claims the combination yields 26 mpg in combined city and highway driving. It competes with the Lexus RX 450h and hits dealerships in late 2013.
Exterior
The QX60 Hybrid looks similar to its gas-powered sibling. Look closely and you'll notice some hybrid badges on the front quarter-panels, but otherwise it carries forward the JX35's — now the QX60's — design. Exterior features include:
