Review by Cars.com on the 2014 Infiniti Qx60 Hybrid

Vehicle Overview

Along with its name change from JX35 to QX60 for the 2014 model year, Infiniti's three-row crossover adds a new hybrid variant. The seven-seat QX60 Hybrid features a supercharged four-cylinder engine, an electric motor and a lithium-ion battery pack, and Infiniti claims the combination yields 26 mpg in combined city and highway driving. It competes with the Lexus RX 450h and hits dealerships in late 2013.

Exterior

The QX60 Hybrid looks similar to its gas-powered sibling. Look closely and you'll notice some hybrid badges on the front quarter-panels, but otherwise it carries forward the JX35's — now the QX60's — design. Exterior features include:

Standard 18-inch alloy wheels; 20-inch wheels available
Xenon high-intensity-discharge headlights
Fog lights
LED taillights
Available rain-sensing windshield wipers
Power-folding heated side mirrors
Power moonroof; available panoramic moonroof
Power liftgate
Interior

To achieve its seven-occupant capacity the QX60 Hybrid has two front bucket seats, a three-person second-row bench seat and a two-person third row. Both the second and third rows recline, and the second-row seat slides, too. Interior features include:

Power-adjustable front seats with seat heaters; cooled seats available
Leather upholstery
Push-button start
Tri-zone automatic air conditioning
Information screen measures 7 inches; available navigation system with 8-inch screen
Available heated steering wheel
CD stereo with iPod connectivity; available Bose premium audio
Bluetooth streaming audio
Available DVD entertainment system
Available remote start
Under the Hood

A supercharged 2.5-liter four-cylinder engine and an electric motor combine to produce 250 horsepower. Power is sent to the wheels through a continuously variable automatic transmission. Mechanical features include:

Lithium-ion battery pack located under the third-row seat
Front- or all-wheel drive
Safety

Safety features include:

Side-impact airbags for the front seats
Three-row side curtain airbags
Electronic stability system
Traction control
Antilock brakes
Backup camera
Available blind spot warning system
Available lane departure warning
Available lane departure prevention
Available forward-collision warning
Available backup-collision intervention

20 inch wheels seem sort of excessive for a hybrid cross over due to all the weight that comes with the size of a 20 inch wheel and 20 inch tire. in theory it will be better to go with the standard 18 inch wheel if you want to maximize efficiency.

if they are light weight wheels or light enough there shouldn't be a problem, it's infiniti making these wheels for a specific car, not like someone is throwing on some cheap 20 inch dubs that weight half a ton each.
