Review/ thoughts 2014 Infiniti QX 60

Hello folks,

I am new to this forum, always owned Honda's and Toyota's. Wanted to give a little upgrade to myself , i really like 2014 QX 60. However Consumer reports, Edmunds and JD Power didn't give good ratings on 2014 QX60. I wanted to get some feedback from people who have actually been using 2014 QX60. I am looking for thoughts on overall reliability, maintenance cost, comfort etc. Thanks in advance.

I have a 2014 QX60. So far I have had no issues @ 53k miles. Due for brake pads shortly, and I put on new tires about 5k ago. Love the comfort, and maintenance costs are about average for oil changes & tire rotations, etc.

I called couple good Infiniti service dealers and they said on 2014 QX 60 there is a recall on transmission, they just have to update the software and should be good. Per him there has been less than 10 vehicles in 6 months with shuddering issue.

That's helpful to know. I am also (still) looking to get a used 2014 with low miles, but am concerned about the transmission issues. Couple that with the fact that the original warranty on these would be expiring starting late 2017 (assuming non CPO).
